同学你好，根据报错信息Connection refused: no further information: localhost/127.0.0.1:6379 连接本机Redis失败，其中localhost是本机地址，不是centos地址，所以项目启动时会连接本地的redis，不会连接centos上的redis。

1、同学可以先使用windows版Redis。

2、连接centos7上redis失败，建议同学检查一下redis服务是否启动，ip和端口号是否正确。如果redis服务启动，并且ip和端口号正确，建议同学关闭防火墙再试试。

启动Redis并关闭防火墙，参考命令如下：

#./bin/redis-server redis.conf 
# systemctl stop firewalld.service

在项目application.properties配置文件中spring.redis.host是配置Redis所在的主机地址，所以如果连接centos7上redis，同学应该写centos的ip地址，如192.168.1747.10，而不是localhost本机地址。同理端口和密码也应该是centos上的redis端口和密码。

1、可以尝试在cmd中ping一下，看是否可以ping通，如下举例：
