1、显示项目已经在下图所示地址启动了，如下：

可以在浏览器中输入http://localhost:8080访问项目

2、如果没有将cmd窗口关闭，那么就不用重新执行npm run start，如果将cmd窗口关闭了，想要再访问项目，那么就需要重新执行npm run start了。
