为什么修改web.xml的内容后就打不开注册页面？

我原来web.xml的内容为：

可以登录注册页面

但是我按照视频中讲解配置了InitServlet之后就变成404了，为什么？

是配置完<InitServlet>后再访问register.jsp页面就报错了吗？最好贴一下报错页面的截图，还有控制台的错误提示。
